Tax exemption

For residents of the US

Donations to Ampersand (Ampersand Education Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation) are tax-deductible. More information is available on the IRS website here. Please note that to be eligible for the tax deduction, you should use our US bank account or PayPal (Ukrainian account and Privat24 do not meet the terms of eligibility for tax exemption for residents of the US).

Kindly contact us (via email or Facebook), and we will gladly and quickly issue a receipt that meets the IRS requirements for a record of your donation. (Be sure to save and/or print it. )

For residents of Ukraine

Donations to Ampersand are tax-deductible (more information see articles 138 and 186 of the Tax Code of Ukraine). Please note that to be eligible for the tax deduction, you should use our Ukrainian bank account or Privat24 (the US bank account and PayPal do not meet the terms of eligibility for tax exemption for residents of Ukraine).

An email receipt from Privat24 and/or receipt issued by your bank should be sufficient for tax authorities to qualify your donation for a tax exemption. Otherwise, kindly contact us so that we may provide you with any other papers.

Please consult with your tax lawyer in order to ensure that all the details are aligned in accordance with your country laws. Feel free to reach out to us for any additional papers or in regards to any other questions.
