About Us

Why become a donor?

There are three key reasons that define the motivations of our donors:

  1. By contributing to Ampersand, a donor is changing the life path of a specific talented person, while knowing exactly how resources were allocated and to what extent they made an impact. Not only will donors have an opportunity to take part in the selection procedures (should they have time and willingness), but they will also be able to watch as their efforts accelerate a student’s progress along a career path and personal transformation.
  2. The impact donors are making will affect not only the recipient of the scholarship but also all the subsequent changes this person will bring to his or her environment in the following decades. A donor is creating a lasting legacy which will have the potential to affect the professional lives of hundreds of people in Ukraine.
