In the 2025/2026 academic year, the selection process consisted of the following stages. Stage 1: Submitting an application that included an essay and a CV. Stage 2: Interview with two representatives of the Ampersand Foundation. Stage 3: Those who passed both previous stages were presented to Ampersand donors as potential candidates, and the ones who received the most votes were offered scholarships and our mentorship program.
