In the 2022/2023 academic year, the selection process consisted of the following stages. Stage 1: Submitting an application that included an essay and a CV. Stage 2: Interview with two representatives of the Ampersand Foundation. Stage 3: Those who passed both previous stages were presented to Ampersand donors as potential candidates, and the ones who received the most votes were offered scholarships and our mentorship program.
This year as 90% of the total funding came from Ampersand founders and alumni - the voting was held internally.
